How Much Does It Cost?

Reunion Registration Fee (per person): 

Gen. Reg. (13 yrs. and up) = $125 

Seniors (65 yrs. and up) = $100 

Children (5 to 12 yrs.) = $60 

Children under 5 yrs. = Free 

T-shirt only  ($20)  *add additional $5 for plus size T-Shirts*

What Does the Fee Cover?

- Commemorative T-Shirt 

- Mix 'n Mingle/Welcome Reception 

- BBQ in the Park (catered lunch)

- Discover Our Heritage (transportation, entry fee, light lunch)

- Heritage Banquet (dinner/venue)    

- Farewell Brunch 

*this fee does not cover hotel & travel costs*  

How Do I Pay The Registration Fees?

There are (3) options available on the registration page:


1) Pay in one lump sum online: Complete the online registration form and pay your registration fees via PayPal. You must complete both steps, (fill out the online registration form & pay on PayPal) to FINALIZE your online registration. This will complete your registration process and nothing more is required. *If paying online a service fee will be added to your registration fee*


 2) Pay in one lump sum by mail: Complete the registration form and mail a check or money order in the full amount to: Kim Claxton, 3385 Airways Blvd., Ste 216, Memphis TN 38116. A receipt will be mailed back to you and nothing more is required.

 3) Pay in installments: Download and complete the registration form  and mail with an initial payment of $25 or more (for each family member attending) to the Kim Claxton, 3385 Airways Blvd., Ste 216, Memphis TN 38116.  After that, you can make incremental payments for whatever dollar amount you want over the next several months. To avoid service fees, send all payments to the address listed above. Be sure to include the name you’re registered under with every payment.
